To say we count each wedding a privilege to document is an understatement. Each wedding has their own memorable moments whether that be events on the day like a ceremony, emotions we witnessed, funny mishaps that occurred or people that we had the opportunity to meet.

With Jenna & Peter’s Tuscan wedding at Montelucci Country Resort, the most memorable part definitely had to be their ceremony. Everyone that plans and books a wedding aboard always envisages that golden sun and clear blue skies and yes Jenna and Peter did get elements of that on the day but they also had some unexpected weather to make it a ceremony to remember. During their vows as their friends and family watched on, overlooking the Tuscan hills, the thunder rattled and grumbled across the mountain tops, adding to the dramatics and still brings shivers to us now.

In the middle of the ceremony the heavens opened and even though the guests all ran for cover, Jenna & Peter stayed where they were under an umbrella lost in their own little world whilst they said their vows to each other. Nothing else mattered.

And yes, through all the rain, Jenna and Peter embraced it all. This was their day, not even the weather could dampen that and Tuscany didn’t disappoint because it blessed us with the most epic golden hour 🙂
